For those who have completed the Cerner training and passed the competency test, assigned sign-on codes will be available at the Information System Help Desk approximately three business days after you pass the test.
Call (804) 828-6447 to confirm that your sign-on code is ready to be picked up. Take your ID badge with you. The Help Desk is located on the second floor of the Clinical Support Building in room 203.
Sign-on codes are now available from the Cerner go-live security desk thathas been set up on the second floor breezeway between Gateway and Main Hospital, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
